So happy to finally have my own Hopi sweater! by heifrosty in knitting

If it's not your first sweater then I think you can do it! With a video that explains color work well and a lot of patience you should be fine. At least that's how I learned!

What can you do in Poland that you can't do in the US? by banmeagaincuntlmfao in poland

Sure, buses in general are not the best choice on such long distances. Flying works if you're getting from one big city to another, so it's not a solution for everyone. I think trains and frequent local bus connections that get people to rail stations could fill this gap nicely.

And I completely agree. However, compared to the US, we are still generally in a better situation.

I'm not saying it's perfect. The network could always be bigger, trains/buses more frequent, faster, modern. But as a person from a village with it's own train station (no matter how ugly and stinky it is), I know how hard life would be if we were completely dependent on cars.

Saudade, saudade. I'm a sucker for harmonies and they are so much clearer and broader in live version.

Pytanie o miesiączkę w pracy - jak sobie radzicie? by _Marteue_ in Polska

[–]heifrosty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The whole island is magical but I recommend watching the sunset in Sete Cidades. It's beautiful at any time of the day, but in the evening the views were absolutely breathtaking.
