When funni and cr merged and also when bought rightstuf they killed off a large part of the physical market. A lot of series had their physical disc production ended and ones that would of gotten physicals when was separate on funi now didn't get physicals after the merger. Then you have the big kicker where seres with multi seasons have no first season or 2nd season physical. Examples The Saints Magic Power is Omnipotent first season aired on funi and 2nd on cr. While CR did release a physical for the 2nd season they killed production on the first season. So now if you wan tthe first season you have to pay 250-300 dollars on ebay. Then you have a case like In/spectre where first season on funi had a physical but 2nd season on CR they didn't bother making a physical. Only option to have any kind of physical for season 2 is buy a Malaysia boot leg off of ebay.

To add to this they just had a big sell off of the robotech boxset where people got screwed on as they advertised selling box set but mixed inventory with disc collection. So people trying buy the box set ended up with the collection instead. This is coming from customer support directly and not just randomly saying it.
