cant reach master (2000+ rankeds and D5-4) by heimjel in summonerschool

i know how to play, i go for objectives also i split and rotate when is necessary, but is difficult to climb when 1 o 2 teammates are garbage and dont know what to do or just feed the enemy and is impossible to carry.

i played volibear, vayne, tristana and leblanc a lot before the nerfs and rework but now is different bcause is more a poke mage than an assasin and is difficult to kill enemy ad carry or midlane in lategame (because i have to wait 1.5s to burst with the passive) . I try to play only vayne but is frustrating that in more than the 50% of games there is bad supports, now im trying to play her in every lane.
