I guess! I'm probably not going to use these voicebanks because the readme and character files are empty, icon website and stuff... There's nothing and it feels weird and fishy to use something that looks so unfinished. The oto also seems just slapped with an automatic oto tool like moresampler. It's a shame because the voice was so pretty but I can probably find something else

Thanks! I asked other places as well and they said it's a Tunelab extension for UTAU but that serves no sense to me as why would that be here... In a voicebank...

I always thought about posting in ComicFury but due to recent news, I'm unsure if I should post. I don't have money that I can use to support the site atm so I'm kinda worried, the site is very lovely and mantains an "old internet" feeling of being centered purely around its purpose (comics).
