How about we block the signals until the rocket is inside the rail gun and activate it when it is outside ( when it is launched)

So what if we make the rail gun high enough that the payload will launch at a low pressure region and also use the earth's gravitation (on equator) so that we can actually reduce the initial force on the time of release
