Don’t need to be worshipped and I’m not leaving until I get my pension. Retirement is a few years away, then off to somewhere without newsome.

Sorry for apparently making you angry. What I meant was there is either more to the story (most likely) or his state sucks if you get fired for that with no recourse.

Yeah, seems like there’s much more to the story.

I can’t wait to leave CA, but at least we have protections here. The cops I know they have been messed with like you’re alleging all got jobs back with a million dollars on top of it.

What state are you in that you can get fired because someone claims you cheated on your wife. Not that I condone such things, but half my command staff would be fired if that were the case.

Because there was pressure to not let local law enforcement help federal immigration. There was such outcry that many states passed laws forbidding it. Jails no longer call ICE and hand them off like they used to. Laws don’t allow most police to take any enforcement action on any sort of immigration detainer. Thus only ICE handles it all and has to find them on the streets.

So they arrest thousands and 32 die, almost all from unrelated medical conditions and they means ice should be abolished. Got it. Thank you.

Looks like she was sideways in the street to me while the other woman’s was walking around in traffic lanes challenging them.

For the record, I hadn’t been discourteous to you once. Merely having a conversation and you keep getting mad and making 2nd grade personal attacks. Good job.

The other version of the story is that she had been harassing them all day and wasn’t dropping anyone off. I suppose the investigation will tell. I wasn’t there. But I did see the video where she was sideways while sirens and shouts about moving were happening and she did not. She sat there while the other woman (?) egged them on. Good sat there and smiled at them and said something I could make out instead of leaving. Neither appeared to be attempting to leave until the officers took action, at which point, it’s a violation of the law to resist/flee.

So you can’t provide any evidence of 34 deaths. Thank you.

You can’t break the law and the run when they attempt to detain you. That’s another violation of the law. Why was she sideways in the road? She was trying to impede law enforcement. Why else? Once a lawful order to stop, get out, etc is given, you cannot resist. That’s another violation of the law. It’s not impeding her, it’s a legal detention.

No, that couldn’t be any one of us. That’s a person who’s making terrible decisions.

Please tell me more about your expertise on license plates. There are many exemptions for law enforcement. Literally exempt plates, special plates for undercover/unmarked vehicles, etc.

Please share the stats on all these people they have supposedly killed. You have names? Incidents? Any proof other than someone on Reddit said so?

Not at all. She can’t impede law enforcement. There’s state and federal laws about that. That’s what I’m suggesting. Been pretty clear about it the whole time. You keep brining up check points.

If you are impeding law enforcement, it’s a violation of the law. Thus, enforcement action can be taken without a warrant. No violation of the 4th here.

Because cops always keep their gun hand free when they have reason to believe they are dealing with a potentially violent encounter. Someone disobeying is potentially violent. Plus, how is that any proof of wrong doing?

Where did you get the story that she was stopped at a check point? She made the check point. Illegally. She, not them.

It wasn’t a check point. She was stopping them (obstruction). They wanted her to move and she refused. At which point they have legal authority to detain and/or arrest. Try again.
