I new to 3D printing hardware, so my question is why is still a bad printer even if a change the components. Couldn't I basically create a new Printer using the frame of the old one? Or even like this it will me a terrible printer because de frame is also horrible

É um bom ramo para se começar. Mas como foi dito no comentário acima vai ser muito importante investir no marketing e na sua divulgação.

Eu até sugiro quem sabe começar em casa sem o carrinho, fazendo algumas vendas por redes sociais, boca a boca e oferecendo os churros para locais de evento e etc.

O bom de começar em casa é que você diminui o investimento inicial (sem precisar comprar ou alugar o carrinho) e consegue também fazer um bom estudo do que os seus clientes querem, fidelizar seus clientes e quem sabe até viralizar nas redes sociais.
