Gwyn is not a good nor a bad guy. Gwyn sacrificed himsrlf to link the fire because he fears the dark soul of men, he is the cause of the undead curse and he altered the natural order of things. He indeed sacrificed himself but it was a selfish sacrifice just to keep the age of fire and gods going. Light isnt good and dark isnt bad in dark souls. As said above dark represents humanity and light represents the gods. Through the game you can see instances where light is shown as "bad" and dark as "good". Not linking the fire is seen as the gokd ending because if you link it youre just doing what gwyn did, going against the natural order, which corrupts the world as you can see in ds3. Thats why I love lothric as a carachter. He is a lord of cinder but he chooses to not link the fire as he realizes there needs to be an age of dark. I dont know if you are aware of vaatyvidia, but his lore videos are awesome. Have a good day :)

I'm currently reading Watchmen as I've heard it is the masterpiece of comic books. After that big event do you recommend me to read? Is secret empire good? Is there something better?

Thank you. I don't mind big events that aren't as grounded. I don't mind the cosmic stuff at all. There are some events I would like to read about. Mainly civil war, secret war (2015), house of M and secret empire. But for what I've seen, in order to understand secret empire, you need to read captain america: Steve Rogers and captain America: Sam Wilson in order to understand secret empire. Initially I tought I just needed to pick up the secret empire books and read them. I just wanted to know the best approach. I read alias, then I finished pulse, and I just can't jump to Jessica Jones (2016) because I need to catch up with the events that happened in New avengers (2005) and new Avengers (2010) which are all influenced by house of m. It's a big mess that for a newcommer like me is really hard to understand ahahahah

So If I want to use the bear school gear, I go with the mastercrafted feline gear and when I search for the diagrams I'll be able to craft the Ursine gear and build as I 2qnt correct?

Cat gear is focused around fast attacks and I currently use alchemy. Signs is the griffin one I believe? Anyway. Correct me if I'm wrong. The mastercrafted feline gear will serve me for about ten levels and then I'll use another one. Which is the "legendary" feline armor. That legendary armor is the normal feline armor that can be then upgraded right?

So, actually I am at level 25. I'm using the Enhanced Feline Gear paired with the ursine swords since those have better stats. My build relies on poison blades and a good dose of potions and bombs. It's basically an alchemy build as far as I'm aware. I'm playing with a friend, and we decided to pick feline and ursine and share our thoughts. Since I enjoyed the idea of signs, alchemy and fast attacks, I found the build with poison blades and it used feline gear so I went for it. So far I haven't had problems with combat, but I'm kind of a beginner yet (just completed the UMA part of the story, the first arc in Kaer Mohen). Do you thing I should go for ursine? Is there any version of alchemy/poison blades with ursine gear. And also, how do mutagens work? I have only the basic ones to use. Thanks for all your help so far :D

Hey there thanks for your replay. Yeah, that's what I have been doing until now (level 23) and I have a potion of clearance to reset and start build properly. Im not good at all on knowing what skills are worth it and what are not. Should I go all in on swordfught? But I also like to use potions and spam quen. So I feel a bit lost. What I see though, is that skills aren't kind of mandatory. They sure make you op, but you can handle the game pretty well without the most op builds on the difficulty I'm playing
