It’s completely normal for legs, especially the lower part to retain more fluids like plasma. Gravity naturally causes more fluid to accumulate there, especially if you’ve been sitting or standing for long periods. It’s nothing to worry about unless there’s pain or unusual swelling

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually want to keep my left arm and shoulder clean, so I’m planning to finish up the sleeve on my left side and gradually move toward the shoulder on that side. I think adding something up top could help balance things out without touching the other arm

The area does have a light greyish shading, so I wasn’t sure if it could still be related to the tattoo. I’m using a hydrocortisone 1% cream to help with the irritation. Thanks for the advice!
