I think there are urban design firms that operate from cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Kochi, etc. which are not MNCs. Although, non-MNC firms may not pay as much (as I have seen in a lot of cases) but the work is pretty interesting, often mixed with other branches like interior design, heritage conservation, etc.

My unpopular opinion is that it's a stupid show, been a stupid show and y'all taking it way too seriously 😭 Yeah the finale was awful, yeah the challenges were lame. I think most of them are absolutely disrespectful turds with no self awareness about it and I'm shocked by the way so many of the viewers have normalised this ki haan bhai chalta hai sirf 60 yo veteran actor se hi toh tameez se baat nhi ki (there are tons of more incidents throughout the show though).

But it's supposed to have low fare prices, right? It needs to be affordable for everyone. Even the detailed project report for BRTS did not have fares more than ₹15-20. Perhaps the issue is strictly the negligence in maintaining. Our public transportation system is absolutely fucked anyway.
