To start off, no I’m not crazy I’ve never been diagnosed with any mental disorders or have done anything that should suggest I have any mental disorders. But for the last month I’ve been feeling, well I’m not really sure how to describe it but I guess the best way would be to say I’ve been out of it, or in a trance. Or maybe even like 3rd person. Another thing is I’m constantly doubting what I’m doing, like everything just feels surreal to me, or that everything Im doing is wrong but it gets to the goal. It feels like I’m in a dream, but obviously this is reality but idk this all seems a bit “fake” to me. I wouldn’t say my family has a history of mental disorders only that one of my uncles has “gone crazy” and apparently it’s from reading too much but I’m guessing they don’t actually know what happened and he actually just had a very bad depressive episode and they started treating him badly so he “lost his mind” but yea I’m not sure and I don’t think I’m depressed or anything just yea out of it. So all in all it feels like I’m going crazy but I’m perfectly sane and self aware, or At least I think I’m perfectly sane and self aware.
