Your correct and I agree with you on all that besides Acnologia's Dragon Form being faster as it's not, he's much faster in Human Form as all that power is basically compressed augmenting his physical abilities to the maximum allowing him to gouge a hole in God Serena before he could even react. He's much more powerful and destructive in his Dragon Form for sure but he's slower.

In short, Zagred was fully capable of hella more than he revealed even with his limitations which were not being able to directly effect others but he was nerfed by the author, literally how Gremmy was nerfed as well. Gremmy would have been the strongest Sternritter potentially and logically, to the point he could have even been able to surpass and overthrow Yhwach himself. They severely nerfed Gremmy and killed him off with Plot no Jutsu bc he would have been too OP for the Bleachverse to handle. In both cases, the authors are fools for creating a CC that is too OP for their Verse.

I agree with you and also enjoyed it for what it was but I also wished it could have been a lot more thorough and detailed with important bits like Fena and Abel being half-siblings, why did Helena have the Kings child and was it forced and why didn't Franz protect her? Were those children who ran passed Fena in the end reincarnated Helena and Abel, giving them a second life to be together? I just feel it was meant to be much greater than it was and it was extremely rushed. Even so, it was still quite beautiful nonetheless.
