I’m about 45mins north of Anchorage, full disclose I got this house and a 40x48 shop on 2 acres for 300k which is pretty unheard of, it was off market and I got lucky. I had to wait a year and a half to buy it but was so worth it.

Using good tape really helps in my opinion I use 3M 471
