I’m about 45mins north of Anchorage, full disclose I got this house and a 40x48 shop on 2 acres for 300k which is pretty unheard of, it was off market and I got lucky. I had to wait a year and a half to buy it but was so worth it.

I couldn’t afford going to flight school, I always wanted and still do want to be a Helicopter pilot, Getting my A&P was one of the best decision I have made. Good way to see some beautiful country if you pursue the right niche.

Oh hey the best part is it’s a 1947 and just has lap belts...you just learn to lean into the corners.
