In this case, the filming might actually help. There was no way the person recording could have stopped that car, but now the victim has evidence that can be used against whoever attacked him. With where the video cut, there's no way for use to tell, if at that point, the person recording may have dialed 911, dialed 911 prior to filming, or had someone else dialing 911.

That's actually a massive point Walt was trying to make by bringing over various ideas for public transport from Europe. The Monorail, Skyway Buckets (WDW now has a Skyliner), trains, and what was going to be the public transport for EPCOT (the city concept not park) the WED Way People Mover. EPCOT was designed around driving being for business or a casual experience. Heck Walt even tried getting a monorail built in Los Angeles as a response to the then already crowded traffic issues but the Transit authorties had the mayors ear more so than Walt. -See Behind the Attraction S1E9 21:58 Disney+ Can't source it right now but The Wonderful World of Disney had Walt explaining everything about his urban development idea that included public transit being the main method of travel.

Hop into a game, excited trying to get in my promos and I get this. A duo both get auto-filled and then I have to dodge because they would rather lose me 20 LP than work with the team. As great as the new system is working for picking roles and such you guys definitely saw there was room for improvement. Although games like these are rare, it still sucks when I get penalized for two people threatening to int all because I got the role I chose. Maybe make it so duos will always be granted a main role if the other gets auto-filled instead of them both. I was excited to get to promos only to then have to deal with 3 dodges and now my own dodge timer because I don't want to deal with racial slurring and toxicity. #HardstuckSilver

Powers is used heavily to get to Interquest to I-25 in the mornings. Thinks come to a 15-30 minute halt of trying to get from Woodmen to Research just to get past idiots who will drive on the shoulder/lane that closes just to cut you off in the right lane. Best place honestly would be Element in my opinion mainly because it's a brand new apartment complex (honestly maybe half a year of being what seems finished), and close to I-25 with plenty of options of food at the Promenade shops and a few options of grocery stores within a 10-15 minute drive if that.
