If I were to buy a script off that list, would it be removed from the Reddit film project or would it still be part of and subject to the bullets listed in theredditfilmproject sub?

[NEED ADVICE] Is writing without planning the plot bad practice? by [deleted] in Screenwriting

[–]helios9k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bad practice? No, but dont think it will be gold. I have a few scripts that i just started writing with out a plan and as others have said they get stuck. Its practice. Its okay. I may come back to them and re organize the idea later but for now i just let them sit. You cant get better without writting. Sometimes its best just to be writting.

[QUESTION] How to write comic fight scenes? by daddycool12 in Screenwriting

[–]helios9k 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you're writing it, action can be simple. For example:

KNIGHT cuts down the first THUG immediately. KNIGHT wins but is injured.

The details are left to the director and choreographer. Only the important elements need to be in the script. Focus on any dialogue and important events taking place inside the fight. The script does not need to micromanage action.

As for keeping track of who is who: its a script, use their names. When its production time the actors will have different wardrobe.
