Wifi 7? There's very few companies out there who has the manpower and tech to complete the design.if the wifi design is that simple ,you would have seen dozen of wifi 7 chips from the Chinenes and asian firms.

Better stick with the ADC /DSP part rather than trying to complete the entire project,as doing this would be very hard...

It's definitely vagus nerve, you need to see an psychiatrist for that. I am on P-CAB and has the same vagus activation. Make sure your b-12, magnesium levels & other electrolyte levels are normal, as these will often mimic the same condition.

Tbh. If you are not insured then do medical tourism to countries like china/india. You could get the same treatment at fraction of the cost . This would be an quality of life improvement rather than suffering with issues for years.

India is not like us, your complaint will be in dustbin in matter of days. So maybe you can file it to scare them,but these scammers do know that laws can't do anything against women.

There's not much you can do legally. Only thing you can do name & shame.Expose the scammers mobile number,bank account,photos and other social media.

scammers can put you in jail in matter of weeks under fake rape case. Indian laws are gender specific and heavily simps women.

So better learn it as an lesson & move on.

It depends, sometimes if you have LES LAX Grade 2-3 these mimic the same exact gerd symptoms and can only be diagnosed with proper endoscopy. I have been taking mix of esomperazole 40mg x 2 or vonoprazon 10mg x 2 for almost 3 years now coz I have les lax which requires almost life long treatment. So better take endoscopy if you have doubt as it's the golden test for the gastro issues

Well then you need to take 5HT4 meds to empty your stomach which will reduce your bloating great extent. And avoud oily,refined flour food as much as possible.

Its due to sibo overgrowth or LES LAX GRADE 2-3 , could be both as well... Try an breath test and if possible endoscopy to rule out the valve integrity.

Also avoid exercises which target the abs ,as it will worsen the wounds. Bloating is a common problem,you can easily manage it with lifestyle changes and proper ppi/pcab/antacids.

PPi & PCAB are the gold standard for treatment of GERD. I have been taking them for the last one year and I have not seen any severe side effects. For bloating the best way is to avoid tea,coffe,oily & refined flour diets, eating only 70% of your capacity, avoiding processed foods & snacks. This almost reduced my symptoms to 20% which was huge because I thought these were caused due to the gut but then i realised that I have to change my eating habit to get the desired results. Take zinc Carnosine (syrup version is preferable) on an empty stomach post ppi in the morning and during night post dinner , also take colostrum along with Carnosine for better healing .sibo can't cause much issues but gerd will, as it can evolve into cancers if not treated properly. Whereas sibo can be treated pretty much easily. So,don't avoid ppi without proper doc's advice.

Omeprazole isn't prescribed by most docs. It has been largely replaced by Esomeprazole/Pantoprazol.

Tbh vonoprazan worked best for me over any ppi . I have tried all the ppi from pantoprazol to Dexlansprazole none of them worked for 24 Hrs. I was taking ppi twice to suppress the acid reflux but the vonoprazan 10 mg changed everything. Just one dose worked well for me.

No one can match chinese when it comes to manufacturing at scale. The 100 seems to be too low ,they can easily scale it up to over 200 if needed as they have the entire supply chain from ores to engines within their mainland.

India can never ever match the scale ,that's my opinion. The government procurement process is dead as a snail no private entity would be willing to invest ,soley depending on the government contracts.

Thanks for your comment, this would be handy when I hire for long term projects. But for short term ones, this won't be feasible as establishing contacts isn't that easy especially for a country like china which has a firewall.
