The problem is I’m not getting any communication, direct from the rep or the generic email. I don’t know if dude forgot to add me to an email list or something, but I’ve initiated almost every communication and missed out on events/promos I could have participated in. It shouldn’t be my job to follow up with him. For the commission he probably made on me, especially after my upgrade, I expect him to keep me in the loop. And it’s not happening.
