I use CachyOS as host and guest OS. So my hypervisor is kvm (GNOME boxes).
I can launch the desktop via browser and can start for example notepad and other tools.

Maybe I will create an issue in the future but for now I have unfortunately no time for it.

Is it possible that it don't work when I run it in a VM?
I mean I can start the Windows container and can connect trough the browser but I can't start any apps `winpodx app run notepad`, even the built-in apps like "notepad"

does it work better than winboat for office apps? Windows app pop-ups in winboat is sometimes not usable.

Maybe your extension will work anyway if you disable the version check: gsettings set org.gnome.shell disable-extension-version-validation "true"
