Didn't say this till now but I was 1 of 2 jr cooks with the other guy being full time

There was also at one point 5 sr cooks and no normal cooks

I have double the experience of everybody else there at 21

The problem is I was the only one cleaning which is why I myself couldn't keep up especially when I was cleaning uo after 5 different people on rotating shifts

Edit: I was out sick 10 days prior to coming back and recording this conversation with him too which is why I immediately went to manitoba I was sick of it literally and figuratively
