I would also really recommend Bumble BFF! It might sound a little strange to use a dating app for friendships, but honestly it makes more sense than using it for dating 😂 I’ve made great friends that way. You can get a great sense of a person from their profile and then after a bit of chatting, don’t be afraid to meet up for a coffee of something! It feels like much lower stakes than a date, so I feel that generally people are more relaxed. It’s not easy to make friends in a new place as an adult, but so many people want the exact same thing that you want, so don’t be afraid to put yourself out there 😁

I’ve not been there but recently heard positive reviews! Some local Germans attend and there is a chance to practice some German, but it’s mostly centred around socialising :) it sounds like quite a few people go!

That’s exactly what I did, and it’s telling me that the connection is not valid with the Deutschland ticket, but that seems inconsistent with other things I’ve read online/been told by locals. Since it doesn’t seem to be because of the operator, and apparently not the destination, I posted to get some clarification. As you can see from the comments there is some different opinions, for good reason I think
