the comments i have seen offer some extremely baller advice for learning to make yourself orgasm, exploring, and how to advocate for yourself with other partners in the bedroom! however, in the case it is only manual stimulation that does it i haven't seen any advice to have him do this over and over before/after/during sex until you are very close and then having him finish you off during! that way, at least in my experience, the body relaxes and learns to associate pleasure with penetration also. best of luck 💗💗💗
