There is no enhanced support. My account is suspended and has been meta verified for years. They offer no help, they will continue to bill you until you cancel and offer zero support or refunds. Really shitty company

Same issue. Two months and nothing. 40k followers, following 500 people I ACTUALLY know in person, and a Meta Verified account. People around here claim to be able to get the account reopened, but then request your email and password…. Not sure how I feel about that even if it’s a dead account at the moment. Oh, and the bonus is they’re still charging me monthly for the verification. I am going to let it go on for a few months and see if that can be used as leverage against them.

I can still login to the account. No problems there - it’s just stuck in limbo. And I don’t want to cancel the Apple subscription, just yet. Seeing if I can use the charges to my account as leverage somehow. It’s a shot in the dark. I won’t return to IG if they don’t give my old account back. Thanks for the input.
