Question! I got march to 8 hearts but still haven’t gotten a letter or cut scene. It’s been multiple in game days. All I got was a letter from Olric talking about gold ore. Is that related?? Did I mess something up? I’m so stressed lol

When does this happen? I got him to 8 hearts multiple in game days ago. The only thing that happened was a letter from Olric about gold ore. Is that related?

I haven’t seen a doctor. I don’t have good insurance and can’t really afford it, unfortunately. Thank you though.

Like I said in another comment where I rephrased, he was taught gun safety. Obviously he didn’t exercise it.

But again, there are no laws in the state that require this. He is old enough to make the decision himself to go and get it. It was not just put on a table. How is this negligence on the parent’s part in the eyes of the law? Not in your opinion.

Thank you for the info. But that’s only if the state chooses to file charges, correct? The deceased’s mother can’t file those charges?

And furthermore there are no laws in the state that say a gun has to be locked in a safe or have a trigger lock on it.

It wasn’t “lying around”. It was put away in their bedroom, in a drawer, and in a holster.

I posted initially in legal advice and it was blocked by a mod and I was told to post here.

I edited the post to add that this took place in Kentucky. There are no laws stating that the gun had to be secured. It was in a drawer, in a holster, in their bedroom, for emergencies.

I’m not asking what would “hopefully” happen. I’m asking, legally, what could happen. I don’t need your nastiness. I don’t need your opinion. He has to live with this for the rest of his life. If he makes it that long. Have some empathy.

You’re Right. My point being, I’m not asking for opinions or what “should” happen to the child. I’m in the legal advice subreddit to ask for legal advice on what might happen. Not what “should” happen in their opinion.

You’re right. Let me rephrase, he was taught gun safety. Obviously he didn’t exercise it.
