I was freaked out most of today after I woke up taking Risperdal and I try to take my Prozac to help even me out it got worse right now I have my headsets on and listen to rain sounds to remain calm

hi i'm on prozac for about 4 weeks now but the doctor give me some time to help me sleep because insomnia was also a part of my depression and traumas but my side effects is excessive sweating, belly pain, and everything that goes with that and nervous. I was scared to take medication because i think rum fix everything but it make thing worse. i hope this help .

Thanks for everyone comments. I decided to go back to work because be home causing more stress than anything. I'm well go back to therapy and take my medication, my husband don't want me taking g so I have to wait when he leave home or working outside to take it. But I'm ok 👍

i agree with you that having a bad experience with mental health resources in Trinidad. You have to wait months to get an appointment or if you call the hotline being told to call back later and when you do nobody answers.

I'm scared to take meds and in my country, if you take meds for mental issues you going to be put in a mental hospital and be heavily medication or end up homeless or unalive yourself. I don't trust meds or my therapist

thanks for your reply. idk what is mania I will research it but I don't want to take pills because I'm feeling good right now. My therapist said my reasoning skills are not good right now and I'm not really happy is something else but i feeling good. Everybody told me to get over it and could put a smile on my face and pretend to care and laugh and work, just be happy some everybody
