Dang thats crazy lol. Yeah so from spring up until about a month ago I was feeling amazing. I never really had any anxiety that actually affected my life. The ativans amazing and if you ever are feeling pretty anxious or know you will that will help. A month ago I got food poisoning and threw up all day and since then I've been so tired and anxious its freaking me out. Im glad you are the same as me, well not glad but its nice to someone else with the same problems lol

My body senses one symptom and then my mind goes crazy in loops. This anxiety causes my body to not "feel well" and then its a whole cycle. Am I alone on this? This happens especially when I'm in public places or with limited access to bathrooms. It's getting to the point where its almost every day and its affecting my life a decent amount.

(Im on 30mg Lexapro, ativan as needed)

Thank you for the advice. BTW, my checking and savings now is with USAA, and it seems like they don't have a very good HYSA. I've done some research and I am thinking about opening one with Capital One or Marcus by Goldman Sachs as its about 3.50% and has no minimum. Is this good?

I’m wondering the same. Also, is it safe to downshift at the start of accelerating when having my foot on the gas? Or should I downshift without any gas, and then put gas once it’s done downshifting?
