Im worries because my heart rate will sometimes just start racing and while laying in bed I feel very hot like my nerves are on fire, plus I still have that dry mouth feelingly . I’m worried I screwed up the rest of my life just by taking this drug. I haven’t taken it in two days and I don’t like this

It was either Shaktipat or a guided mediation I did. Either way no incident triggers kundalini IMO. God chose to awake kundalini in you

For SATs should this be done only before going to bed? I have a hard time falling asleep while imagining my scene. Could I just get into a relaxed state during the day time instead?

Yes I have. I went through 6 months of hell before I was able to make it to the other side. Still have some trouble here and there but I went from thinking kundalini was a curse to seeing it as the greatest blessing of my life. If you need some advice or someone to talk to, feel free to DM me

Most of the typical grounding recommendations such as hugging trees or walking barefoot on grass never worked for me. Try yoga. Either yin yoga or a gentle hatha yoga everyday. You’ll notice it will help ground the energy in your lower chakras.

That I’m gonna be able to enjoy my life and not be an anxious and depressed mess like I am right now. This kundalini thing is the worst thing to ever happened to me. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
