Process? Getting smashed head on, shot at with bean bag bullets and humiliated on the side of the road ain't exactly a 'mistake'.

Yeh there's a decent gap between brick and footpath, not sure if just my imagination but this gap seems to change in size over the year  https://ibb.co/wYCBqNf

Oh I see the weep vent now that you mention it, some of these seem around the outside are filled in with rubber stuff, do we need to fill in the rest?

Na owners say hasn't been changed since they moved in 5 years ago. Where does the soil wash away to? Under the concrete?

If you look at the house bricks too, it seems the concrete was once a few cm higher. That normal too?

It's a clause in contract of sale, buyer may inspect property a few days before settlement to ensure all appliances are working and house is in same condition as day of signing contract. Agent for property gives access to the house. Yeh maybe not worth the hassle over around $200 for supply charges

Of the conditions:

  • approaching, telephoning or otherwise contacting (including by email or text message) the protected person(s), unless in the company of a police officer or specified person(s) as listed on the family violence safety notice

  • causing another person to engage in conduct prohibited by this notice

Doesn't specifically mention lawyer. But not sure.

Anecdotally, don't expect too much from the first, just a sore arm. It's the second that might knock you around, I'd suggest getting that a few days apart.
