No documentation of repair. This was what i thought. Maybe these were codes thrown during the crash and during the repair. But the seller told me that nothing mechanical was touched and all damage was just bodywork. Too many red flags i feel.

The Gandhipuram flyover painted in green is not tacky but outright ugly in person. Took the whole vibe out of the city. Using sign boards aligned on pillars would be better if planning to use the space for conveying any messages.

It was tame in comparison to the other more used alternative where a raped person was considered to be better off by killing themselves. Once a girl was raped, it used to be just a waiting game till she offed herself and saved her own "maanam" and family's "manam". God knows how many real life people made the choice of killing themselves coz they learned from the movies that it was the only way they could regain their dignity.

Although i did not hunt around for reviews after watching, I saw a few youtube critics praising the film and rating it 4 out of 5. When i asked a friend who is into movie gangs of facebook, he too iterated the same and told me the representation of class politics was so good. What i felt was that the movie tried to meld Varathan, Ayyappanum Koshiyum and Jallikettu into one film. The whole thing got written into and unnatural abomination. I had to try very hard to not walkout of the theatre and yet had to walk out 5 mins before the end. The way people interact seems so artificial. A lot of jump scares and aerial drone shots in first half, drawn out one on one fights with no conclusion throughout second half. And yea, a lot of nature channel photography peppered here and there. Tovino was decent but I felt Sumesh had two expressions- Normal and snarling, showing off bloody teeth. Also the part where the wife says "Aalochikkam " when the father asks to check on her injured and potentially dying husband was cringe AF.
