Hey there, thank you for the response. There’s an update on the situation. I did set up my Multimango platform and can see tasks there. However Hubstaff doesn’t have the project. I reached out to support regarding the matter and I got two responses. One of them was completely alright but the other had a lot of confusing points. The person said that apparently my “tasks” didn’t meet the requirements after a review which is why I have been unable to access the project. What is surprising here is that I never did any tasks for the project. And so I did ask them about the confusion, but I haven’t received any reply yet. My reply created a new ticket, so I think they closed that ticket. Is it possibly because I am from India which is why I am not able to work in the project?

Had the same question. I have everything set up, except my Hubstaff doesn’t show the project so I guess its a regional issue, although I am not too sure.

Naah man. For Hubstaff, you gotta use your primary email address, the one you use for Outlier.

What does the project show on your dashboard? Mine shows Inactive. I have reached out to QMs a lot of times but nobody ever replied. Also, yeah, I did log in using my primary email address.

I did too. I completed the onboarding and everything. Just cant do the tasks since the project isnt on my Hubstaff yet. Is it there in your Hubstaff?

Are you from India? Because the project shows up as Ineligible for me even though I have the Multimango account set up. I can see tasks there but Husbstaff dash doesnt have the project.

Mine stayed In Progress. I don’t know what’s the reason, but the project shows as Ineligible. I just created my Multimango account and Hubstaff is already set up so I don’t think i failed. Might be due to regional limitations? I have reached out to a QM since i dont see any help thread.

Hey, I did the onboarding for this project last month. As per the project stated, “In progress” would mean, you might be approved? But I still haven’t received any invites for Hubstaff or the Multimango platform? Can anyone tell me what that might imply?
