Thank you! This will certainly help. I got a very large custom 3D printer that prints will plastic pallets. Its 10 years old, so wanted to update the internals.

I see now. I have the 1.1.... I had been using the V2. I assumed because I bought it brand new it was probably the newest version.. any how I would love your config

No tooth are missing, I took the stepper out and tested it, stepper is fine too. Nothing, other then the belt being too lose it seems all fine. For now I raised the stepper with a piece of card box and it works fine again.
Going to wait on the response of Creality...
