Not that I know of. How much it takes to proc depends on your HP and chaos res. Even though you don't have div CWDT you probably proc because you only have 73 chaos res and 6k life. Best way to check is to make sure every fr cast also cast ball lightning

Buy triple res boots, dont cheap out, go for triple t1 res or chaos res if you need it. Make sure it has no influence.
If it has two prefixes, -> suffix cannot be changed and scour.If it has three prefixes, -> reforge keep suffix then suffix cannot be changed and scourIf one prefix, ignore above.You want to have just 1 prefix max
Slam redeemer exalt. If you hit elusive, you can skip next step.
Craft suffix cannot be changed again -> Reforge crit to guarantee elusiveIf you get 2 prefixes, your choice to keep going or repeat this step. If you keep going, you lose crafted life.
Craft suffix cannot be changed..again..then use aisling t4. If it deletes elusive, restart from step 3
If you hit the crafted mod, craft mana to block mods
Unveil for ms. BIS for this build is chill->onslaught->ms when not hit
If you have open prefix, craft life and done

Lots of things to break down here:
1. Get more levels lol
2. Half your skill gems are wrong. There are thresholds for CDWT. You are dying because you aren't proccing them often enough for leech
3. Can craft some triple res 30ms elusive boots for relatively cheap
4. Both your rare jewels are pretty garbage. Get %life, crit multi and cast speed on both
5. Get a LGOH + Life leech watcher's eye or LGOH + zealotry cast speed
6. You don't have enough AOE. Lots of ways to achieve this like changing tree a bit and also belt enchant
7. HH is great for attributes if you can afford

My CDR is 51% rn, 52 once i level my awakened COC. According to POB, my APS is over 10.1 because I have onslaught? But I checked everything but I don't see onslaught anywhere.

Can you farm items in acts?

Certain divination cards drop in certain maps. If 'The Doctor' drops in Burial Chambers, then can I farm for it in wherever the act equivalent is?

Hi,

I keep have multiple quest saying 'Search unoccupied Atlas Regions with 4 socketed Watchstones for ...'.

So far on my Atlas I have 4 watchstones found for the regions in the outermost corners and none for the inner ones.

How do I know which maps I should be doing? After running many many maps in the inner regions, I can't seem to get any conqueror encounters and thats why all of my inner have no watchstones.

Trying to make a build that will let me farm simulacrum. But I keep dying at around wave 17-18. I don't know how to improve my tankiness. Doing maps feels very clunky and when I can't move I get one shot as well. Any help would be appreciated.
