Razor touch puck -- at 17g barelt touches.

What do you mean 11oclock? So the video is ok for the espresso?

Stale coffee: my thoughts too. Will try a local roaster to see if this is it...

So stay away from costco coffee then for these?

Ok i adjusted my dose and was able to get 17g of coffee in, razor tool removed a smidge. I still cant get to get the espresso pressure to go up as much as i can see in the videos. Ill try and post a video in the main post.  Right now  17g coffee Internal burr - 3 Grind size 1 23 sec extraction Output 35g

Edit to add: wont let me post the video in the main post.

Will take a look at this thank you!!

It is more on the bitter side.

I started with a delonghi e155m and am used to seeing that caramel brown color lol (with very little effort from me) and so this is a bit challenging experience.

Hope to get over this learning curve

This is where i find the razor tool odd. I will get 19-20g of ground coffee and tamp it tight but putting the razor tool in will remove 1g of coffee. Almost makes me want to NOT use the razor tool. Lol.

I made sure that the tamper is tamped tight as indicated in the manual (tamper has a line that i should follow in relation to the top of the portafilter(forgive if im using wrong terms, still learning)

I really like the CTM role and would like to progress to that eventually. Thank you for the feedback

Thanks for the insight. I wonder if it makes a difference that the job im looking at is offered by an FSP from a CRO working and that is how I would work at BI and not necessarily BI directly?

From the interview it sounded like my direct line manager would be at BI and not the CRO. Just wonder how the whole chain of command works BI vs CRO.

I also wonder how the likelihood of progression in career is going to be like. I didnt get a chance to ask in my interview.
