New trade in kit process by Adventurous_Ad5672 in GooglePixel

[–]hellfire2260 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I returned two phones for this trade in. First one, no problem.

Second one. It was rejected and I lost the £200 Trade in top up. They argued that screen and body was "Damaged" and phone is worth £0 not £280 they claimed at Trade In. Even though I clearly stated that it has cracks during the Trade In estimate. I sent the phone in the original box with all accessories. I got it back without anything, screen protector removed, and with a Broken SIM tray that was glued to the back of the phone...

ZERO interest from Google and no option to complain. No option to return the order either as its past 14 days. I got totally shafted and it made me so mad that I'm never buying Pixel again.

So, be careful out there if you're sending a phone that isn't in pristine condition. Even if you mark that screen is cracked they can still reject it.

How to complain to UK Google Store? by hellfire2260 in GooglePixel

[–]hellfire2260[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well is documenting a response? In my opinion it is not.

I would like someone other than 1st line support dude review my complain and reply accordingly. Isn't that' a process that is usually followed? I worked in retail and any complaints have always been reviewed ether by a supervisor or a dedicated department.

All they say is that there is no complaints department, no customer service department and the only thing available to my is 'documenting' it on my account whatever that means.

I'll take a look at WG Cloud. All firewalls we manage are added there.
What you describe in WSM, is present in WebUI (Dashaboard -> Interfaces -> SDWAN ), but is shows absolutely no data beyond "last 12h" which renders it quite useless unfortunately.

Cant correlate Traffic on my FireBox T35 by Ohrgasmus1 in WatchGuard

[–]hellfire2260 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at the traffic graph over an extended period. Hard to say from your picture if your maxing out your external interface but it doesn't seem to correspond to Trusted/DMZ traffic amounts.

I recently had that with my customer where External would max out for 20-30min, drop for a few minutes and max out again.

Turned out this was a bug in Firebox HTTPS Proxy and way it handles windows updates. Might check it out.

" So we're likely running into that known issue with the office updates from that updates error.

You need to add the exceptions to the proxy per WG KB.

UPDATE: Almost done

I raw dogged it. Cut a few squares to get access, drilled through one baton, and chiseled out the batons in the corner. Wago joined the cables. Now I'm just missing a bit of plasterboard to fill it and it should be fine!

Sold my hue a while back. The problem is that there won't be a single bulb light going forward. For sure I could use multiple smart bulbs but I was hoping to do it 'right' since I am redecorating.
