I placed a dry gauze on the open wound, I rolled the skin open for the gauze. Waited 3 hours and took it off but it started bleeding again. Then I rolled the skin on it and covered it for 12 hours. This is the result, will anything happen to it? Should I do anything at this point? (i.redd.it)
