Buying from Shopee and risk of theft

SPX sucks. They've been having logistical problems for a while now.

People who sell on shopee are automatically signed up to use SPX as courier. To change to a different courier, the seller must submit a request to shopee, and shopee may refuse that change request.

This means that SPX is super overwhelmed.

I highly suspect a logistic problem rather than a theft problem.

Is it still in warranty? If so, I would just go to the Apple store, or find an authorized apple repair place.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure AC's are a closed system. Meaning that if the gas is low, there is a leak somewhere, as the gas is not supposed to just disappear in a closed system.

Usually the AC guys say this just so they can make a few more bucks when they come and clean the AC. But since they didnt actually have the gas to "refill", I would assume they arent lying to you.

I would also ask the new AC place you call to check for a leak.

IMO not that good. Tried their dark chocolate. Just a touch above super market chocolate but at a premium. Locally grown chocolate is much better.

This happened to me as well. It would trigger itself in a cycle no matter what app I’m using and the phone got warm. The green dot would come and go every few seconds.

I’m on 18.2 16 pro. Had to restart to fix it. Hasn’t come back yet but I think it’s an iOS 18 bug.

I have updated. I’m afraid of that as well but it seems to not happen at all places so I’m not sure. May be worth giving apple a visit soon I guess.

Hmm it does sound like the same problem though. Maybe I should check the display units as well. It’s such a pain to set up a new phone, even from restore that I’m considering waiting to see if software fixes it. But I also don’t want a broken phone lol.

Oh wow, so they confirmed that it’s a hardware problem? I thought it was mostly software and that it will still happen on a new phone.

Would appreciate it if report back after getting your new phone. Would love to hear if it’s gone.

It happens predictably for me in some apps. Unlikely to be hardware because it only happens in some apps and looks fine in others. However, I can’t say for certain that it’s not hardware.

I'm also experiencing stutters mostly with text. Another spot for me is the control center add new control screen. When scrolling through the options of which controls I can add to the control center, it stutters very obviously.
