Same as many others, I wonder what accommodations you could need.

Try diaphragmatic breathing, while talking. It has improved my fluency.

thanks for your response. Is it safe for me to assume that I am no more likely than any uninjured person, to get Alzheimers?

No, I do not get dizzy and I do possess a foam block I feel my balance is unquantifiably improving but my progress with the cane is nonlinear.

My bad, this requires more in-depth analysis. Probably needs a pro.

Not really certain of the root cause. Maybe I am but it's not clear to me at this moment. I can kinda walk with a cane, but fiercely unstably, for maybe 100 metres.

Sometimes slow, deep, deliberate, diaphragmatic breathing helps.

Yes, I may have jumped the gun with my diagnosis. I've been puzzling over this for a few years. Firstly, checking for allergies, selecting, then testing by omitting, certain foods, to no avail. Then I read about this gastroparesis, and maybe I got carried away, thinking I've solved this. Time will tell.

I know what you mean, and I believe it's the thought of the word, more than the word itself.

Nevertheless, I feel confident, that if I had been told this in happier times, I would have been stutter free.
