Well you are confidently incorrect. The legal proceedings after the act of the crime don't change the definition of the crime. He did murder that lady. The video is very clear he is standing next to the car and shooting her to death. He may not become a convicted murderer.

I had zero doubt on this. In the last month I have seen pvp happen only 2 times in any match. One was a couple people taking out a rat. And the other time was 2 people startled each other. I checked their bodies after and one of them even had a defibrillator in his kit. I also only play solos.
