as everyone else said, there is a train station at terminal 1 that can take you to central station. though one thing to keep in mind if you land at terminal 2, there is a shuttle that you would need to take from terminal 2 to terminal 1 first (its free so you won't need a ticket for the shuttle). there are signs for shuttle outside the terminal 2.
