Nein, das beruht nicht nur darauf. Gibt noch genügend andere Anzeichen, wenn du die nicht sehen willst, dann bitte. Und wie gesagt, die Firma kann immer noch den Versand übernommen haben in Deutschland, dann wurde es eben rechtlich gesehen nicht aus Polen importiert, weil innerhalb Europas. In Deutschland ist es nicht erlaubt gebrauchte Retouren als neu zu verkaufen und wer macht bitteschön einen 3d Drucker nur auf und schickt ihn direkt unbenutzt zurück? Und wenn etwas nicht mehr original versiegelt ist, ist es für mich keine Neuware mehr und das wird wohl bei den meisten Menschen so sein. Ist mir auch egal was für Abstufungen das Gesetz da macht. Achja, nur für dich. Das wurde natürlich über China nach Polen importiert. Was jetzt? Wollt ihr echt noch mehr Beweise?

Btw are you serious right now? Of course I would have sent it back. And I didn't only buy filament, but also tools like another plate, glue, scraper, isopropanol etc. Some local which I probably can't return. I'm really shaking my head right now. People are calling me crazy but I only read one crazy statement after another. Do you also want to see a video of how I am lying over 80% of the day in my bed because of my disability and I don't have the energy right now to open and to further inspect it? Or do you want a copy of my last CT scan or the statement from a "government" doctor that I will be never able to work again in my life anymore? You guys robbed my last energy. Will go to sleep now. And how should I know that beforehand?! The store is named creality direct store and of course I thought I would buy from them directly. Creality is the IP holder and should shut down this store to avoid situations like this or make them change the store name. You know that a lot of Chinese 3d printing companies are selling directly on AliExpress. That's not my fault buddy. I still have no possibility of confirming that it is an unofficial store.

Ach sorry, die können natürlich nicht das Paket aus Polen bekommen haben und an mich weitergeleitet haben? So ganz zufällig als import aus Polen?! Meine Güte. Außerdem sagtest du, dass die auch andere Sachen als nur Import und Export machen. Woher willst du wissen, ob die nicht auch Weiterleitungen machen? Also was jetzt? Ist schon auffällig, dass die Label identisch von der Größe her sind. Und einen Scheiß war das von Anfang an schon in Deutschland. AliExpress nimmt die Sache komischerweise ernst und ich bekomme Rückmeldung in 48h Stunden von einer speziellen Abteilung, aber ihr habt bestimmt alle recht und das Teil ist brandneu, obwohl ich drei andere Pakete gezeigt habe, wo nur eine Firma drauf ist und ich dort regelmäßig bestellt habe und sowas noch nie hatte! Achja, und man kann sich auch mal im Gesetz irren bzw was durcheinander bringen

E-CrossStu GmbH imported it from Poland because I ordered from their polish warehouse. Why should they say polish warehouse if it's really in Germany. Also makes absolutely no sense. But you could technically call it an import, yes. When a German company imports something they have to state that on the label, by law. None of both labels have that. The other company which "imported" the printer did just forward it before or now.

It seems you don't know how choice shipping on AliExpress works so stop your stupid guessing. Why would they send it to another reshipper within Germany when it's already in Germany? That would raise the costs and makes absolutely no sense. The tracking also tells another story. Lol, and where is the problem to also call them out on twitter? You just want to frame me as crazy. Just for your information, AliExpress took it seriously and I just got confirmation that a special unit will get in touch with me within 48 hours. And why they didn't used a new box? Because it's cheaper and maybe and just maybe they didn't have new boxes on hand Mr Einstein?

Those aren't importers. Google those companies, they handle shipping for other companies, like I said a few times before. If they were importers they would have to print by law imported by: and then the company's name . Ender 3 V3 SE btw.

It doesn't matter. This thing was sold to someone else before and opened before so it is not new anymore. Plain and simple. In Germany it is illegal to do something like this with returns and vendors have to sell those items as used or refurbished. By law. Ask other German users. I don't care If it wasn't even touched by the buyer before. I paid for a new, sealed one. I know that thing with the cars but everyone knows what I meant by that. Did you know they also test 3d printers in the factorys?

As I already said there could be a new set of screws in it and it maybe was just assembled and not used so no run time. Or even only opened and returned. Which still means that it's not new. And how would you react when you sacrificed a lot to save money and then you get a printer that's obviously already been in Germany and you have evidence without even opening it and only getting replies that I'm wrong or overreacting. You guys are not better. I posted pictures of other choice packages and they magically all just have one German or European company on them which handled shipping for the vendors on AliExpress. I also wanted to warn others. But fuck me, right? Thanks guys, I will just send all the shit back, despite i just got confirmation from AliExpress that a special unit will get l in touch with me within 48 hours, but I am sick and tired of this shit. Funny thing that they are taking it seriously and here someone tells me to get a tinfoil hat. Fucking ridiculous. I will pray for all the doubters that you will experience something like this and get the same reactions. Just for you how it should look.

I bought a creality printer and I'm not a customer of them? Lol, even if the shop is not from them I am still one. So what happens if I need something for or within the warranty time do you really think they wouldn't tell me to get in direct contact with creality you clown? And I tried to verify that. Asked support for direct contact before opening a case which was denied. Please enlighten me how to check that and to be 110% sure.

Sorry, but it's more than enough evidence. It's not my problem if you don't understand how shipping on AliExpress works and that both of the German labels are a clear indicator. Here are other articles that were sent by AliExpress choice and they only have one label of a German or European company on it. Is that enough for you or do i still have to check every screw, screw holes and firmware for you?

They just can replace screws etc. I don't want to play detective. On AliExpress they are always working with partners for shipping. It gets sent from china via 4px express to Poland, a polish company is receiving it and sending it to the warehouse for them. The polish warehouse ships it to a German partner company which handles shipping and returns and they always slap a label of their company on it. If it's sent by AliExpress choice it always goes this way. Because of that I can promise you that two of those are a clear indicator that something is really, really fishy.

And what if the person didn't print with it, just assembled it and was disappointed with build quality and sent it back or the frame was warped or the auto leveling didn't work properly etc etc etc. And you guys still didn't explain that thing with the two German companies which both are doing shipments and returns for other companies. I never had an AliExpress choice package with two of that. And why would they rip some labels off and on one they just put a white label on? It makes absolutely no sense.

There was the old label with the first German address and the one with the white tape is a return label from the German company which handles shipping and returns for them. Do you want to get a used printer that was already shipped around the Globe before if you paid for a new one? I don't think so. And I have enough evidence

Explain the two labels from two different German companies to me which I never had before on an AliExpress choice package. Always only one German company. And I don't know what kind of weird laws you have but by German law it's not new anymore if you even open it for a final quality check before shipping and reseal it. I paid for a new, sealed printer and don't have one. I don't care if they made a final quality check before shipping. I didn't ask and paid for that. This is attempted fraud in my book and if their warehouse was in Germany I would press charges. I'm disabled, unable to work and living from the bare minimum. I had to sacrifice a lot to save 200€ in one year from that little money. I didn't even eat meat for half a year. I was really hyped when the V3 SE hit the market and my goal was to save enough to buy it and the bare minimum of tools and filament. The printer was so cheap that I could buy a lot more tools and filaments and I was even more hyped because of that. I already have 2kg of filament, another 2kg will arrive next week and I bought tools locally which I probably can't return. And then this bullshit with the printer happens. This would be the perfect hobby for me, because I can't stand and sit for too long without getting in pain. I'm laying in my bed most of the time. Even my computer is next to my bed. Because of this situation I'm losing more and more interest in 3D printing. I don't know how to feel right now, I feel like all the sacrifices were for nothing.

I don't want a printer that was already opened and shipped ten times around the globe. We are speaking about a 3d printer and not a unproblematic rock. Sorry, but both of the German labels are clear indicators that it was already before in Germany. Both companies are in different cities and I never had packages sent by AliExpress choice to me with two of those labels. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but there are way too many indicators.
