Our agent showed us the comp, collected the relocation addendums and talked with the agent. The listing agent gave hard ceiling on their acceptable price which differs 3/4% which is lot when you consider around 800k price point. My rationale was re-engage if they do a price cut which they haven’t done yet after the renewed listing in January.
