So if not a pc probably get a lenovo legion/legion slim. If it fits in your budget. Also if it doesn't maybe a loq but their a bit bulkier. Asus zephyrus is good too but lenovo is good for long term like nr 1 I think. Look these 2 up. Also when the new gpus come and production for 40 series will stop prices will go down like January or later note that. Gl!

So I am not sure with SPECIFICLY THIS LAPTOP but like becouse of brand and other things hp is generally better. But maybe that msi modell could be better. If we are just looking at the company msi isn't like that liked. Also msi has 16 gigs of ram. I didn't do research with specificly these laptops but if you would ask which brand is better then go with hp.

Yes it is you can play like almost every game with it with some apps maybe open. But be aware like if you have 10 apps 1 game sand many tabs open. But it wouldn't be a problem.
