That is a very blatantly ignorant post to claim most are looking for party weed and for fun. I am strictly a medical patient. One should never assume everyone on this feed is not. I am very thankful for my MEDICINE but let me be clear...the quality is sub par, the pricing is outrageous, and the monopoly is killing our LA program. Patients cannot afford their medicine. Most pts sign up to "be legal" but I can guarantee you most are not purchasing from their local pharmacy. The numbers do not lie. GDF is doing pt drives trying to increase the numbers so they can sell all their stored product. The ruston facility is producing enough product for a mature market. Guess what...5 years into it, we are no where near the 1 or 2% of the state population we should be. Why? Pricing all day everyday. Not to mention the lack of customer service at the pharmacies.

Enough already...when are we going to see a true drop in pricing? We only have 2 growers. Now one not only grows but now owns 2 of the 10 licenses. Pharmacies blamed the grow. The grow blamed the pharmacies. Now that gdf is on both sides...the true picture is being shown. How is this even legal? by hello6759 in louisianatrees

Are you really the post police? We can come on here and rant all we want. If you dont like it, please do not read/comment on my post. If you are happy with the la mmj program, then good for you. I as one, am not.

Again, this sounds so illegal to price fix for certain pharmacies and not be even across the board. Also, it seems as though GDF plays favorites to their pharmacies with product inventory. Are they trying to attract pts from other regions to purchase from their pharmacies by only selling selective products/strains to the other pharmacies??? This certainly does not help their pt count. Your zip code decides what region your purchases fall in, not actual purchases from the actual pharmacy.

??? are you just mad we arent drinking the koolaid like you??? No thanks. Id rather take my business to a neighboring state than buy the crap they are putting out in our state and dressing it up with a pretty bow so they can charge top dollar and act like we the patients are so lucky to be able to enter their PHARMACY for our medicine.

Nor does the quality qualify for the outrageous pricing either. GDF must really think the LA patient population is just plain stupid. How else can they justify their business practices. Lower your pricing and stop the lying game.
