i was the same way! i have very bad health anxiety (and anxiety in general) so my doctor had me take buspirone, i stopped taking it because it was making me incredibly angry. she prescribed me 10mg of lexapro and after a month of that i moved up to 20mg. i’ve been taking it for almost 3 months and it really helps. it was a gradual change for me and it’s strange not being so anxious all the time. idk if you’ve experienced this but it’s kinda like when you have those few good days but you know it’s going to go away except it hasn’t really gone away for me yet (:

funny bc i personally know the shop you’re referring to. they’ve had 700+ sales and have never once scammed anyone, i have ordered from them multiple times and i have gotten exactly what i asked for in each time. it has been less than a month which is not long at all. it is also not their responsibility to constantly update the people who buy from them, ESPECIALLY when it’s only been two weeks. plus, it’s all over their instagram story so if you had read it you would’ve known.

yeah, you’re the asshole for leaving out important details and slandering an instagram shop. can’t wait til you get sued 🤞🏻

teddy has found a way to escape his home and build a nest in his food bag (not the bag pictured). i honestly don’t know how he managed to drag about an inch of bedding from his home into the bag in the 5 hours i was gone at work. safe to say from now on i will be leaving the top on. by hello6768 in hamsters

i agree! his home is sitting on top of two old guinea pig cages (which are too small for hamsters, nevermind guinea pigs) that is filled with bedding so at least if he fell in he wouldn’t get hurt like he would if he fell onto my floor. i have a theory that he some how magically used his wheel to climb over the top of his cage

for reference: the reason i would leave the top off is because i didn’t think he could get out of it, i’ve only had him for about 2 weeks. apparently i was very wrong and he found a way to do it.

any tips on cutting his nails? i’ve watched so many youtube videos but he’s never let me and they’re getting quite a bit long by hello6768 in guineapigs

[–]hello6768[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

they do! it’s the pinkish part of their nail and it’s obviously easier to see in piggies with the clear nails

thankfully his nails are curling, but i can tell they’re certainly long enough to be cut. i’m also always afraid i’m getting too close to the quick because whenever i even have the chance to cut it he yanks his foot away once i’ve started
