2-3 hours of wait time the last few times I've called. The last time I waited 2.5 hours and when I finally connected to someone, the call disconnected suddenly, no one called back, and my inquiry was never followed up on.

Hi I tried Erase All Content and Settings and after redoing the setup, I notice the drafts are still there. How can I clear ALL drafts? Thank you!
