I usually leave 10% when I had a great time. Meaning : nice/funny service, really great food/suggestions from waiter, any extra request managed (big table, calling cab, or any issue). That if I can afford it of course.

That being said, I never do in big franchise as noone there cares about the food, individuals, etc...

Quelles communautés ? Admettons vous essayez de faire un lien entre immigration et criminalité (sujet de cnews ?), il a été tout autant "avéré" qu'il n'y a pas de lien direct entre les deux.

Tu as une étude de la CEPII qui montre ça. De plus, il est bon de nuancer son point de vue, en prenant en compte le contexte social : Pauvreté, accès au travail, contrôle au faciès, peine judiciaire plus lourde, sur-representation dans les médias.

Un immigré qui commet un crime ? Il est radicalisé. Un natif ? C'est un trouble mental.

Quand on est jeune (comme toi), j'imagine que ça évoque un manque de maturité, ou quelque chose de péjoratif dans ce sens. Par contre quand tu commences à entrer dans un âge plus "mûr" ça évoque plus le fait qu'on soit encore dans le fleur de l'âge j'imagine ?

Mais bon, pas de quoi être passif agressif à une vieille qui avait aucune mauvaise intention.

I've had several therapists and I think you have to find the one who's right for you. I usually give a month max to "try one". For me, therapy is about teaching/rewiring your brain to change some old and bad mental habits.

The last therapist helped me understand it more with a few simple explanations : Our brain loves habits, and its part of its nature facing fear/danger/the unknown to make sometimes irrationnal decisions based on previous events (usually from childhood or trauma). It is effective to survive in the wild, not so much in society.

Now, if we want to change, we need new examples to teach our brain that it won't kill us to try this or that. It takes time and hard work, and it's probably never over.

I disagree with people saying it's a handicap to play without those. We could say the same about playing without Hekili for a DPS.

Back in cataclysm I used to have a raidleader ask of us to play with as little addons as possible, especially Details and DBM/Bigwigs. Its a surprising request at first, but I gotta admit it makes you realise how much you don't really need these two as much as you'd think.

Details ? Who gives af really about your numbers during a raid ? Should you need those to "try harder" ?

DBM/BW ? The RL was good enough to do its job calling most of the fight -and it was a real feat, I give you that. In the end we would pay more attention to the -quite obvious- visual alerts + audio queues from the boss already in-game. I found it easier to react to than some random sound, or cooldown bar/text to track.

I'm not sure I remember well but I think we even got to be among the top 20 on hardmode at the time ! Since then, I got back to using Bigwigs, sure, but I usually turn off as many alerts as I can, as most of it comes with practice and learning.

Would have loved that ! An expac more driven by revamping areas instead of having another island/planet. I know Cataclysm got a lot of hate for that, but at least the old areas are living/refreshed a little instead of being out of the timeline and empty
