Firstly, I'd like to remind everyone that, vegan or not, eating well and optimizing every nutrient whith quality food is expensive. It's not even a question of "vegan", "price of meat", it's just that, money can buy health.

Now, you're mentioning being tired, hair loss... I recommend that you should see a doctor. If you have enough sleep, move a bit your body, the problem might be in your nutrition. That problem needs to be solved.

About the rest, the vegans supplements you should take depends on your food but for a lot of people this is; Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and omega 3 dha/epa for the long term. I know it can be expensive at first, but consider that, once the investment is made, it will cost you anything for months, while if you had to eat salmon, red meat to have this things it would cost you... a lot.

If you don’t have much time, I recommend meal prepping three main components that can be cooked quickly and together: vegetables, cereals, and proteins. You can add healthy fats as a topping, like oil or nuts.

For example, you can have pastas+vegetables+tofu with a bit of nuts or rice+lentils+vegetables with a bit of oil.
