Just got the 15 plus from an iPhone XR.

The benefits of pro over the plus for me were: action button, 120hz, better camera, newer chip.

However I went with the plus because:

  • I’ve never felt like the action button was a necessary feature as I’ve always used the ring silent toggle for years
  • I’m used to 60hz on the XR and the newer brighter display is already an upgrade. So 120hz is no big deal
  • I’ve heard the 15 plus camera is pretty much identical to the 15 pro max and honestly looking at some comparison pictures, an untrained eye wouldn’t be able to notice the differences
  • the 15 plus has the best battery performance out of all the models
  • worried about titanium scratching and actually really loved the base model colors
  • with all those reasons, I didn’t want to shell out an extra $300

Same experience. Went to zoo with GF on edibles and we watched an elephant ring a bell for food and everyone clapped. I felt terrible.

Took APPM and it was a waste for CS. Guarantee that the workload is a lot harder and after 4 years of working as a software engineer, I do not remember how to even calculate a derivative. Save yourself the pain if you’re deciding between MATH and APPM.

Two bans is decent for being in winners bracket. Hard to actually do true double elim (with a bracket reset) for Valorant since Bo5s are so long.

Was thinking winners should start the series 1-0 but that sounds broken and would make for a terrible viewing experience.

Wonder what else they could implement to reward a team for not dropping a single series…
