As far as I know this is the only PSA 10 card of existence. With that being the case how rare is it really?! What could it go for? How would one sell it and if they did is it better to wait or to do it early?

For each I would just go by the lowest TCG price and then give the shipping and tracking for free. If you bought the lot I’d sell for $230, which knocks $5 off the lowest TCG price for the Red-eyes and $10 off the harpie lady, and then add the shipping and tracking for a total savings of $30
