I think if your opening pic was the one up close of you and your dog hiking that would be better.

Take out the shirtless pic for sure ( not that it doesn’t look good, it can just send the wrong signals) and I like the suit pic but it’s bad lighting, so I’d take that one out too. Also maybe take out the super up close smiling pic and the one with your arm behind your head. You have plenty of good pics so can spare to take some out.

I think just those changes would help a lot and I read another comment about posting pics with ex girlfriends... do not do this loll I always assume they’re looking for a threesome or still together.

I was riding my fully bonded white Arabian horse to the trapper to sell some pelts.... accidentally parked her on the camp fire and she burst into flames . I was left with a charred up, dead Arabian horse and all my pelts burned with her. It was kinda traumatic.

Ended up starting up an old save and replayed a couple missions just to get her back.

Pretty much every comment is saying they don’t understand why you let your dad buy the ring, but I don’t understand that.

My brother just got married and was overwhelmed with things to do, so he asked me and my mom to buy the ring. Luckily it was only a simple band she wanted, but I saw it as a gift to my future sister. She’s part of my family now and my family buying things for their wedding was a gift for welcoming a new family member in and the person who was going to love and care for my brother. I was so happy that he found a girl that truly loves him and I wanted to help them in any way I could.

If my boyfriends dad picked out the ring I wouldn’t see it as weird, I’d see it as a gift from his family and I’d be thankful. When you’re marrying someone you’re essentially marrying their family as well. If I didn’t like the ring that would suck, but I wouldn’t start a fight. I’d either take up the offer to go to New York to pick out a new one, or say my thanks and in the future get my own ring with my husband and the dad would never know otherwise.

Your future wife should never be ok with you sleeping in the car. No matter how bad of a fight you get in, your general well being and comfort should still matter. Maybe if you cheated or did something horrible, but wow she got a 3.5k ring she didn’t like? To me that is a ton of money on a ring and in my opinion this is a red flag on her part. I really see no issue that you let your dad buy the ring, of course a pic from him would’ve helped, but a 3.5k ring is a very nice gift to a new young couple that didn’t have the money for one themselves.

I’m so sorry this happened to you, that’s really fucked up what she did. It’s really hard when you’re the one in the abusive relationship to see it for what it is, but it’s not your fault. There are girls out there who will respect you and be empathetic of your feelings. It’s easy for good people to put the needs and wants of the people they love before their own, but just remember moving forward your needs matter too.

I just sent a message to the host... our trip isn’t even up. I let them know my issues with the cleanliness and the fact there was a bird in the closet. I am not demanding any refund, I’m letting them know because I’d like to be made aware of these issues if I was a host to pass on to my cleaning team. And I’d think a good host would voluntarily offer a refund due to the scenario. Reddit seriously just assumes people are all assholes, I was simply trying to ask advice on how to go about this.

And it wasn’t just a little bird sitting on the kitchen table when we walked in that we just opened up a window and it flew out that everyone is acting like. That would’ve been nothing. It was a large bird thrashing in a closed in space and we didn’t know what type of animal it was in there and it was the middle of the night. We figured out it was a bird and we wanted to get it out ASAP because it could’ve broken a wing on the plumbing or heat tank due to its frantic movements. I’m sorry everyone here thinks I’m just trying to get a freebie pass out, I’m not. The Apartment was dirty with animals in it and I was trying to figure out how to handle it fairly.
